Role Description This is a full time, on-site Founder's Office Executive role based in Delhi, India, focused on the D2C and FMCG business of Éprise. The role involves working closely with the founder on strategic and operational priorities, including planning and tracking key initiatives across product, marketing, and distribution.



Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external partners, preparing performance reports and dashboards, conducting market and consumer research, and supporting the launch and growth of D2C channels. The executive will help streamline processes, document decisions, organize meetings, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution. The role also includes contributing to brand-building efforts, supporting customer experience initiatives, and assisting in special projects as the business scales.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to interpret market data, consumer insights, and performance metrics.
Experience in D2C, FMCG, or early-stage consumer brands, with understanding of e-commerce, retail operations, or go-to-market strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear presentations, reports, and founder-ready updates.
