Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Quality Assurance Tester role based in Kochi. The Software Quality Assurance Tester will design and execute test cases, perform functional, regression, and integration testing, and validate that applications meet defined requirements and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include documenting test results, identifying, recording, and tracking defects,



and working with developers and product teams to resolve issues. The role also involves participating in test planning, contributing to QA process improvements, and ensuring that releases are stable and production-ready.
Qualifications
Solid foundation in Software Quality and Software Quality Assurance, with experience applying QA methodologies and best practices.
Hands-on proficiency in Test Execution, including creating test cases, test scripts, and test data for various types of testing.
Demonstrated Quality Assurance skills, including defect tracking, risk identification, and validation of fixes.
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, identify edge cases, and troubleshoot complex issues.
Familiarity with testing tools and issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar).
Basic understanding of web and mobile application architectures; exposure to React or Flutter-based products is an advantage.
