Role Description This is a full-time Performance Marketing role based in New Delhi, offered in a hybrid model that combines in-office collaboration with some flexibility for working from home.



The Performance Marketing professional will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across key digital channels (such as search, social, and display) to drive measurable growth for client brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing media plans, setting KPIs, managing budgets, monitoring campaign performance, and using analytics tools to refine targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies. The role involves collaborating with content, design, and account teams to ensure cohesive messaging and conversion-focused journeys across platforms. The professional will also prepare performance reports, share insights with clients, and recommend experiments to improve ROI, customer acquisition, and retention.
