We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural & Structural BIM Modeler with strong expertise in advanced BIM modeling workflows, coordination, and construction documentation. The candidate must possess hands-on experience in developing accurate BIM models from LOD 350 to LOD 500, including detailed shop drawings, parametric family creation, scheduling, and BIM standards implementation. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of BIM execution processes, construction detailing, and international BIM standards, especially ISO 19650. The role requires excellent technical knowledge, coordination capability, and the ability to work deficiently in a fast-paced project setting.
Key Responsibilities :
BIM Modelling & Coordination
 Develop high-quality Architectural and Structural BIM Models from concept to as-built stages.
 Prepare and manage BIM models at LOD 350, LOD 400, and LOD 500 levels with high accuracy.
 Ensure clash-free coordinated models in collaboration with MEP and multidisciplinary teams.
 Maintain model integrity, accuracy,



and compliance with project BIM standards.
Shop Drawings & Documentation
 Produce detailed shop drawings, construction documentation, and fabrication drawings from BIM models.
 Prepare:
o GA Drawings
o Section & Elevation Details
o Structural Detailing
o As-built Documentation
o Quantity Extraction & BOQ Support
 Ensure all drawings meet project and client standards.
Family Creation & Content Development
 Create and manage advanced Revit Families with parametric controls.
 Develop custom BIM content libraries as per project requirements.
 Optimize family performance and maintain BIM standards across projects.
Scheduling & Data Management
 Generate and manage :
o Material Schedules
o Quantity Take-OAs
o Room/Area Schedules
o Structural Element Schedules
 Ensure proper BIM data integration and parameter management.
BIM Standards & ISO Compliance
 Work in compliance with ISO 19650 BIM stan
