Role Description The Talent Acquisition Manager is a full-time role responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes and building strong talent pipelines for Silverfied. Based in New Delhi in a hybrid setup, the role combines on-site collaboration with some flexibility to work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring decisions with leadership, and monitoring recruitment metrics. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also drive employer branding initiatives, refine recruitment strategies, maintain a positive candidate experience,



and ensure hiring practices align with company culture and non-discriminatory standards.
Qualifications
Strong full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
Experience with hiring processes and decision-making in fast-growing or consumer-focused organizations.
Skills in employer branding and promoting the organization as an attractive place to work.
Proficiency in interviewing and assessing candidates using structured, fair, and inclusive methods.
Knowledge of modern recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media recruiting.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple roles simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
