Centrio Mall, Dehradun is one of the premier retail and lifestyle destinations in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. As we continue to elevate the mall experience for our patrons and retail partners, we are looking for a seasoned Mall Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the Mall.
Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth functioning of all MEP systems — Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Safety.
Plan and manage operational budgets, AMCs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Oversee and manage all aspects of mall operations, including housekeeping, security, parking, and facility management.
Coordinate with vendors, service partners and retail tenants to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor and maintain operational standards, safety compliance & quality benchmarks.
Eligibility Criteria:
Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institution.
Minimum 10 years of full time experience in Mall Technical Operations or a similar large setup will be preferred.
Strong leadership, vendor management & problem-solving skills.
Sound knowledge of mall systems, safety regulations & facility management standards.
