We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive enterprise pipeline generation across the US and North American markets. This is a hunting-focused role centered on outbound prospecting, lead generation, account research, and creating qualified opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in MarTech, AdTech, SaaS, AI, performance marketing, digital marketing, media, or customer engagement solutions and understand how enterprise marketing teams evaluate solutions focused on growth, personalization, engagement, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and account-based outreach.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities across the US market.
Identify and engage decision-makers including CMOs, Marketing Heads, Growth Leaders,



Digital Leaders, CRM Heads, Directors, VPs, and CXOs.
Research target accounts, business priorities, marketing initiatives, and growth strategies to develop personalised outreach.
Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team.
Communicate the business value of AI-powered marketing, personalization, automation, customer engagement, and performance solutions.
Qualify prospects based on business needs, decision-making authority, potential use cases, and buying intent.
Maintain accurate CRM records, prospect information, outreach activities, and pipeline data.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve messaging, campaigns, targeting, and outbound strategies.
Track and consistently achieve activity, meeting-generation, and pipeline targets.
Handle objections effectively and build relationships with prospective enterprise customers.
