Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves managing inbound and outbound sales calls, qualifying leads, and following up with prospective learners and partner organizations. The specialist will maintain detailed records in CRM systems, prepare and deliver product and program information, and support the sales cycle from initial contact to closure. Daily tasks include lead generation activities,



responding to inquiries, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and ensuring a smooth enrollment or onboarding process. The role also requires maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly, and representing TERV PRO’s values in every interaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills, including managing pipelines and closing opportunities.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation and prospecting skills to identify and engage potential customers.
Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build trust and long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for calls, emails, and presentations.
Relevant experience in EdTech, technology, or design-focused organizations is beneficial.
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environm
