Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Saran, responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening Fino Payments Bank’s presence in the assigned territory. In this role, the Territory Sales Manager will identify and onboard recent merchants and channel partners, manage existing relationships, and ensure achievement of sales and transaction targets.



Daily responsibilities include monitoring territory performance, analyzing sales data, planning local marketing and promotional activities, and providing guidance and training to field staff and partners. The role also involves resolving customer and partner issues promptly, ensuring high service quality, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The Territory Sales Manager will collaborate closely with regional leadership to implement sales strategies and share market feedback for continuous improvement.

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities, including experience meeting targets and managing a territory or similar portfolio.
