Role Description The Sales Manager for Pre-owned Luxury Cars is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation and customer engagement to closing deals and post-sale follow-up. Daily tasks include supervising the showroom floor, guiding customers through vehicle selection, explaining product features and financing options, and ensuring a premium buying experience.



The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, track performance metrics, and collaborate with marketing, service, and finance teams to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. The role also involves training and mentoring sales staff, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and staying updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in automotive or luxury goods sales management.
Customer relationship management abilities, including lead handling, follow-up, and after-sales support.
Knowledge of pre-owned car valuation, inventory management, and basic finance and insurance processes.
Solid communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
Experience using CRM tools and basic office software for reporting and pipeline tracking.
