and process building.??? ???????????????? • Lead and manage a 25+ member pan-India Secretarial & Legal Compliance team, with direct oversight of the Delhi NCR function • Own end-to-end client delivery, quality, timelines, escalations and customer experience • Act as a senior technical advisor on: • Companies Act, 2013 and Secretarial Standards • Corporate governance and regulatory compliance • FEMA, FDI and ODI matters • Fundraising and transaction-related compliances • ESOPs, CCPS, CCDs and cap-table matters • Private placements, rights issues and preferential allotments • Due diligence and corporate restructuring • Board and shareholder matters • Trademark and allied legal/regulatory matters • IPO readiness and pre-listing compliance support • Lead fundraising and corporate transactions, including private placements, debt issuances and associated regulatory filings • Serve as a senior point of contact for founders, CFOs, investors and leadership teams • Liaise with auditors, legal couns
