Role Description The Technical IT Recruiter (Domestic) will manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles within Mehbooba, focusing on positions based in India. This full-time, on-site role is located in Noida and involves partnering with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, creating job postings, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, and screening profiles for skill and culture fit. The recruiter will conduct interviews, coordinate technical assessments, manage candidate communication, and support salary negotiations and offer closures. The role also includes maintaining recruitment data, improving hiring processes, and contributing to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality technical talent.
Qualifications
Solid technical recruitment skills, including experience sourcing, screening, and hiring for IT roles in the domestic market.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job portals, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and other digital sourcing tools.




Ability to understand and discuss common technology stacks, developer roles, and IT infrastructure positions with candidates and hiring managers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and internal teams.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions, maintain accurate records, and meet hiring deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience as a technical recruiter or talent acquisition specialist in IT or tech-driven organizations is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with basic HR practices, recruitment compliance, and inclusive hiring practices that support a non-discriminatory work environment.
