Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, explaining baby photography services, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. The specialist will respond to inquiries, provide detailed information on packages and scheduling,



and maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups in the CRM system. Daily activities include handling customer questions, managing appointment confirmations, coordinating with photography teams, and supporting promotional campaigns through phone outreach. The role requires consistent achievement of sales targets, collaboration with the studio operations team, and delivering a warm, professional experience to every caller.
Qualifications
Robust customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Customer Support skills.
Clear and confident Communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for phone-based interactions.
Proven Sales experience, preferably in telesales or inside sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Experience in Training or coaching customers on services, packages, or processes is an advantage.
Comfort working in an on-site environment in Bengaluru and collaborating with cross-
