nRole Overview
nAs an integral member of our high-performing team, you will deliver recruitment services through an cutting-edge model, engaging with key stakeholders, the India Sourcing Centre (SC), vendors, and suppliers to source the best candidates for the business.
nKey Responsibilities

- MSP Account Management: Oversee, plan, direct, and control all phases from requisition to onboarding.n
- Payroll & Contracts: Support monthly payroll cycles, rate/contract negotiation, and contract extensions.n
- Commercial Growth: Develop strong commercial awareness and identify opportunities for business expansion.n
- Vendor Engagement: Collaborate with tier-two providers to ensure successful recruitment campaigns.n
- Market Insights:



Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, updating clients with recommendations.n
- VMS Utilization: Maximize use of VMS, participate in sales presentations, QBRs, and support ad hoc requests.n
- Team Mentorship: Continuously mentor the team to achieve organizational objectives and goals.n

nEligibility Criteria
n
- n
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in MSP Operations.n
- 8–12 years’ overall experience in contingent/contract staffing, including MSP exposure.n
- Proven expertise in timesheet, payroll management, and payables.n
- Strong background in rate/contract negotiation and extensions.n
- Recognized as a trusted advisor with consulting skills, professionalism, and commercial acumen.n
- Demonstrated ability to achieve positive outcomes in client-facing environments.n
- Confident communicator with stakeholders, leveraging market expertise to build strong relationships.n
