nWe are looking for a proactive and target-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support sales and revenue growth at our Sriperumbudur property.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.n
- Manage corporate, group, event, and leisure sales.n
- Build and maintain solid client relationships.n
- Conduct property tours and client meetings.n
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.n
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.n
- Coordinate with reservations, events, front office, and operations teams.n




- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.n
- Support local marketing activities and business partnerships.n
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.n

nCandidate Requirements
n
- n
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.n
- Relevant experience in hotel, resort, is preferred.n
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.n
- Experience in corporate, group, and leisure sales is an advantage.n
- Familiarity with CRM or sales-management systems.n
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-oriented.n
- Comfortable working on-site with flexible schedules when required.n
