About the role
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to run social media advertising for a mobile app growth project in India. You will own campaign planning, daily buying, and optimisation across paid social channels, with clear accountability for installs, cost per install, and post-install performance.
This is a hands-on buying role. You will manage live budgets and make the scaling calls yourself, working directly with leadership rather than through layers of approval.
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta, Instagram, and other social platforms for mobile app install and engagement objectives.
Manage daily budgets, bidding, and audience strategy across campaigns and app-install funnels.
Track performance against CPI, CTR, retention, and ROAS targets, and adjust in response to the data.
Brief, test, and iterate on creative — static, video, and playable formats.




Set up and maintain app attribution and event tracking through MMP tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
Run structured A/B tests across audiences, placements, and creative.
Report weekly on performance with explicit analysis and recommended next steps.

What we're looking for
4+ years of hands-on experience buying paid social media, with a focus on mobile app promotion.
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and app campaign structures.
Familiarity with mobile attribution, SKAdNetwork, deep linking, and in-app event tracking.
Comfort with performance data — cohort analysis, funnel metrics, and unit economics.
Experience marketing to Indian audiences and an understanding of what performs in this market.
