Job Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution of hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise Data Center projects with a focus on MEP systems, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, budget compliance, safety requirements, and successful commissioning and handover. The incumbent will lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with consultants, contractors, OEMs, clients, and internal stakeholders to deliver mission-critical infrastructure from project initiation through commissioning and handover.

nEducational Qualification:

- Bachelor‘s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (MEP Background)n
- Master‘s degree in Business Administration or Project Management (preferred)n

nWork Experience:

- 15-17 years of overall experience in project management and execution.n
- Minimum 8+ years in Data Center project execution.n

- Manage complete Data Center project lifecycle from planning, mobilization, execution, commissioning, and client handover.n
- Lead execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems including:n
- HT/LT Electrical Systemsn

- UPS Systemsn
- Chillers and Cooling Infrastructuren
- CRAH/CRAC Unitsn
- BMS/DCIM Systemsn
- Fire Alarm & Fire Protection Systemsn
- Structured Cabling & ELV Systemsn
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, milestones, budgets, and quality objectives.n
- Drive project progress reviews and monitor critical path activities.n
