nPosition Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced and highly skilled North Cuisine Chef to work in a prestigious private residence in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a robust hospitality background, relevant Hotel Management qualification, and proven experience in reputed 5-star luxury hotels.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Prepare authentic and high-quality North cuisine, including Punjabi, Mughlai, Awadhi, Rajasthani, and other regional specialties.n
- Prepare a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, kebabs, curries, biryanis, breads, dals, and accompaniments.n
- Plan daily menus according to the family's preferences and dietary requirements.n
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.n
- Prepare customized menus for family meals, private dinners, and special occasions.n




- Ensure excellent food presentation and plating standards.n
- Source and maintain the quality of fresh ingredients.n
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.n
- Manage kitchen inventory, storage, and minimize food wastage.n
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality while working in a private residence.n

nCandidate Requirements

- 8–10 years of relevant culinary experience.n
- Strong expertise in North cuisine is essential.n
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts from a recognized institute.n
- Strong hospitality background with experience in 5-star hotels or luxury properties.n
- Experience with reputed hotel groups such as The Oberoi, Taj Hotels, ITC Hotels, Marriott, Hyatt, or similar luxury brands will be highly preferred.n
