### Logistics Executive – E-commerce Operations

We are looking for a proactive and responsible **Logistics Executive** to manage our day-to-day logistics and delivery operations. The candidate will coordinate closely with internal operations teams, customers, courier partners, and management to ensure smooth and timely order deliveries.

The role will involve tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, handling NDR/RTO cases, coordinating with courier partners, and continuously improving logistics performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage daily dispatch, shipment tracking, delivery and return operations.
* Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
* Handle customer delivery-related issues and work towards quick resolution.
* Monitor **NDR, RTO, lost shipments, delayed shipments and failed deliveries**.
* Take proactive action to **reduce RTO and improve delivery success rates**.
* Follow up with customers wherever required for address confirmation, re-attempts or delivery issues.
* Coordinate with warehouse and e-commerce operations teams for smooth order processing.
* Track courier performance, TAT, delivery percentage, RTO percentage and service quality.
* Escalate unresolved shipment issues with courier partners and ensure proper closure.
* Work with management on **courier rate negotiations,



commercial discussions and logistics cost optimisation**.
* Compare different courier partners based on pricing, serviceability, TAT and delivery performance.
* Maintain regular MIS/reports for shipments, deliveries, RTO, NDR and courier performance.
* Identify logistics bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
* Coordinate reverse pickups, returns and exchanges.
* Ensure maximum order fulfilment and a good customer delivery experience.

**Ideal Candidate:**

* 1–3 years of experience in logistics, courier operations or e-commerce operations.
* Experience working with courier aggregators or partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ecom Express, etc. will be preferred.
* Good understanding of **RTO, NDR, COD, prepaid orders, reverse logistics and courier reconciliation**.
* Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
* Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and logistics dashboards.
* Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
* Should be comfortable handling multiple operational issues independently.
