Key Responsibilities
Develop Architecture & Structural BIM models from LOD 200 to LOD 500 using Revit.
Prepare detailed models, shop drawings, IFC drawings and construction documentation.
Perform multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks/Revizto.
Create and manage Revit families, parameters, materials and model information.
Update models based on design changes, site conditions and consultant/client comments.
Perform BIM model QA/QC and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Follow project BEP, CDE workflows and ISO 19650-aligned BIM standards.
Coordinate with Architecture, Structure and MEP teams to deliver clash-free models.
Requirements
Solid hands-on experience in Revit Architecture & Structure.
Good understanding of LOD 200–500 and BIM coordination.
Knowledge of ISO 19650, BEP and BIM standards.
Experience with Navisworks, Revizto and ACC/BIM 360 is preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
