About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Jewellery Designer with strong expertise in ZBrush to join our design team. This is a hands-on, on-site position based in the heart of Jaipur's jewellery district, working closely with our design and production team to bring intricate, culturally rich jewellery concepts to life through digital sculpting.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and sculpt detailed jewellery pieces and models (rings, pendants, earrings, bangles, statement pieces) using ZBrush
· Translate hand sketches or verbal briefs into refined 3D digital models
· Collaborate with karigars (artisans) and production teams to refine models for manufacturability
· Iterate on designs based on client or leadership feedback within tight timelines
· Maintain an organised library of design files, references, and iterations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years of professional experience with ZBrush as a primary, mandatory skill
· Strong portfolio demonstrating detailed sculpting work (rings, pendants, intricate patterns, etc. preferred)




· Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
· Good communication skills to collaborate with designers, karigars, and leadership

Software Requirements
· ZBrush — mandatory. Candidates must be proficient in ZBrush regardless of other software knowledge.
· Rhino — strongly preferred, but candidates with excellent ZBrush skills and no Rhino experience will still be considered.
· Any additional jewellery CAD software (Matrix, RhinoGold, JewelCAD, or similar) is a plus, not a requirement.
Nice to Have
· Experience working directly with karigars or in a Jaipur-based jewellery manufacturing setup
· Understanding of gemstone properties and stone-setting techniques
Work Terms
· This is a strictly in office role based in Johri Bazar, Jaipur — candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur
