Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter – Non-IT to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with strong exposure to sales recruitment and field hiring.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions, especially Sales and Field Sales roles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
Manage candidate communication, documentation, and onboarding.
Achieve monthly recruitment targets and maintain hiring reports.




Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
Sales recruitment experience is mandatory/preferred.
Experience hiring Field Sales Executives, Sales Managers, or similar roles is an advantage.
Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
Knowledge of Naukri and LinkedIn recruitment is preferred.
Candidates from the solar/renewable energy industry will be an added advantage.
