Role Description The Outreach Specialist is a full-time role based in Gurugram with a hybrid work model, allowing a combination of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. In this position, the specialist engages with communities, partners, and stakeholders to promote Globiva’s services and initiatives, and to build long-term relationships.



Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach campaigns, coordinating events or virtual sessions, managing communication across channels, and gathering feedback to improve engagement strategies. The role also involves researching target markets, preparing outreach materials, documenting interactions in line with company processes, and collaborating closely with customer service and marketing teams. The Outreach Specialist is expected to uphold Globiva’s customer-centric values while ensuring consistent, professional representation of the brand.
