Role Description The Field Supervisor role at Jagran Prakashan Ltd. is a full time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Field Supervisor will oversee and coordinate field operations, including monitoring distribution activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of the publication, and maintaining relationships with vendors, distributors, and local stakeholders. This role involves collecting and reporting field data, addressing operational issues,



and supporting promotional campaigns and reader engagement initiatives at the local level. The Field Supervisor will also collaborate with internal teams to implement company policies, optimize field processes, and support continuous improvement in circulation and market presence.
Qualifications

Strong operational and coordination skills, with the ability to supervise field activities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience in distribution, sales, or field management within media, FMCG, or related industries is preferred.
