Role Description :
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across coworking spaces and managed offices. The COO will lead operational planning, ensure efficient service delivery, and maintain high standards of member experience and workspace performance.



This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, manage budgets, and support sustainable business growth. The COO will monitor key performance metrics, implement operational improvements, and contribute to strategic decision-making with the senior leadership team. The position also includes mentoring operational managers, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead and oversee daily operations across all B Work Spaces locations, ensuring consistent service quality and member experience.
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company growth targets and expansion plans.
Own P&L; responsibility for operations, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
Build, mentor, and manage teams across facilities management, member services, sales support, and administration.
