Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across Gujarat, building relationships with school owners, founders, trustees, and decision-makers, and converting opportunities into successful business partnerships.




The ideal candidate should be confident in field sales, networking, client acquisition, presentations, negotiations, and relationship management, with the willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat for meetings and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities across Ahmedabad and other cities/districts of Gujarat
Connect with school founders, trustees, directors, management teams, and potential investors
Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
Conduct market research to identify schools and institutions looking for new setups, expansion, management solutions, affiliations, or other educational services
Plan and execute effective field visits, meetings, networking, cold outreach, and lead-generation activities
Understand client requirements and present suitable Holistic Educare solutions
