Engineer / Executive – Purchase
Location:-Noida| Experience: 2-5 Year
Industry:-Air Pollution Control
Key Responsibilities
 Prepare RFQs and float enquiries to approved suppliers.
 Plan project-wise procurement in coordination with Projects & Design.
 Review indents, technical specifications and delivery requirements.
 Obtain quotations and conduct Techno-Commercial Bid Analysis.
 Negotiate price, quality, delivery and commercial terms.
 Prepare and release Purchase Orders.
 Follow up with vendors for timely delivery at project sites/works.
 Coordinate for MTC, packing list, dispatch documents and supply discrepancies.
 Monitor vendor performance, bills and PO closure.
 Support cost saving and purchase process improvement.
Candidate Profile
 Diploma / B.E./B. Tech or relevant qualification.
 Experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in Engineering/Manufacturing/EPC.
 Strong negotiation, vendor management and follow-up skills.
 Positive knowledge of MS Excel and ERP.
