o9 Configuration-Business Transformation Architectn

Join Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance practice as an o9 Manager, where you will lead digital transformation and optimization initiatives across supply chain planning environments. In this role, you will drive the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization of o9 solutions for complex client needs. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions, lead delivery of quality work products within project timelines, and support implementation activities across the solution lifecycle.

Work you'll do

As an o9 Manager on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:

Leading o9 implementation activities across requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization
Translating business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and solution design artifacts




Leading coordination with client stakeholders and onsite/offshore teams to support workshops, issue resolution, and delivery of project work products
Driving data integration, legacy data conversion, and data management activities across spreadsheets, source systems, and planning platforms
Supporting solution validation across development, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployment phases
