About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administrative support services at a university campus near Sohna. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all facility-related services including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall campus facility operations (buildings, hostels, classrooms, common areas)
Supervise housekeeping, security, gardening, and maintenance staff
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for AMC, repairs, and service delivery
Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and statutory regulations
Handle preventive and reactive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works
Manage facility budgets, cost control, and expense tracking
Oversee inventory of consumables, equipment, and supplies




Ensure timely resolution of complaints/service requests raised by faculty, staff, or students
Prepare and maintain reports (maintenance logs, incident reports, audits)
Coordinate events, exams, and campus activities requiring facility support
Liaise with local authorities/government bodies as needed
Manage manpower deployment, attendance, and shift scheduling of facility staff
Requirements
Graduate/Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in institutional/campus settings
Solid leadership and vendor management skills
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance
Good communication and reporting skills
Willingness to be based on/near Sohna campus
