1. Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, references and direct customer approach.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
Identify potential clients among interior designers, architects, contractors, builders, dealers and business associates.
Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into active customers.
2. Client Management
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations and product discussions.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure timely communication.
3. Quotation & Order Management
Prepare and share accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms and address customer queries.
Coordinate internally regarding pricing, product availability, delivery and other customer requirements.




Drive the complete sales cycle from Lead → Meeting → Requirement → Quotation → Follow-up → Negotiation → Order Closure.
4. Sales Target Achievement
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Focus on generating new customers as well as increasing business from existing clients.
Monitor sales pipeline and follow up proactively to maximize conversions.
Identify opportunities for repeat orders and additional business.
5. Internal Coordination
Coordinate closely with production, purchase, accounts, logistics and management teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
Communicate customer feedback and market requirements to the relevant internal teams.
Ensure commitments made to customers are properly followed through.
6. CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM system.
Regularly update lead status, customer interactions, quotations and order progress.
