About Learn2Read:
Learn2Read runs on hundreds of small processes — how a demo gets booked, how a teacher gets trained, how a lead becomes an enrolment, how a new joiner learns their role. Today, most of that knowledge lives in people's heads. Your job: get it out of their heads and into a playbook so clear that a recent joiner can learn any role in days, not months.
If you're the kind of person who makes structured docs for fun, who explains things so clearly that people say "why didn't anyone tell me this before?", who's already using ChatGPT and Claude to produce in one hour what takes others a full day — read on. Otherwise, this isn't for you.

Key Responsibilities:
What You'll Actually Do:
-You'll sit inside every department of a running startup and turn how-things-work into documents people actually use. Real access, real output, from week one.
Concretely, you'll:
-Shadow every department — Sales, Operations, Teaching, Marketing, MIS, People Hub — and learn how each role actually works, from the people doing it
Interview role-holders, ask the right questions,



and pull the process out of their heads into clear, step-by-step documentation
-Write SOPs that actually get used — checklists, screenshots, flowcharts — not 30-page documents nobody opens
-Create video SOPs — screen-recorded walkthroughs with a clear voiceover showing exactly how a task is done on our LMS, CRM, sheets, and tools
Build training modules for every role — onboarding guides, how-to decks, videos, and quizzes
-Use AI (Claude, ChatGPT) as your drafting engine — first drafts in minutes, your judgment and structure on top
-Own the Learn2Read SOP Library end to end — organise it, version it, and keep it alive as processes evolve
You'll document 15–20 roles across 6 months — in text and on video. By the end, you won't just know how a startup runs — you'll have written (and recorded) the manual.
