Company Description FireArc Communications Pvt. Ltd. with interests in Infrastructure, Communications and Hospitality needs a seasoned team member at their newly opened Hotel and Banquet property in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

Role Description The General Manager Hotel and Banquets, Agra will oversee the overall operations, guest experience, and profitability of hotel and banquet services. This full-time role is on-site in Agra (UP) and includes managing front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and banquet operations to ensure service excellence and adherence to brand standards. The individual will be responsible for coordinating events and banquets, supervising staff, optimizing occupancy and revenue, and maintaining strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, and vendors. Day-to-day activities include monitoring operational performance, implementing process improvements, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and preparing regular reports for senior leadership.



The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to support promotional activities, enhance the property’s visibility, and drive bookings for rooms and events.
Qualifications
Solid hotel operations management skills, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage oversight.
Experience in banquet and event management, including planning, coordination, and on-ground execution.
Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management within hospitality environments.
Ability to lead, coach, and motivate diverse teams while fostering an inclusive and service-oriented culture.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Knowledge of hospitality standards, safety, hygiene, and compliance regulations.
Familiarity with hotel property management systems and basic MS Office tools.
