Role Description The Cloud Support Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur. This role is responsible for providing technical support for cloud-based infrastructures, including diagnosing and resolving incidents, service requests, and performance issues. Day-to-day activities include monitoring system health, troubleshooting network and security-related problems, managing user access and configurations,



and coordinating with development and operations teams to ensure system reliability. The Cloud Support Engineer will document solutions, maintain knowledge bases, assist in system administration tasks, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and cloud environments.
Qualifications
Robust troubleshooting and technical support skills, with experience in diagnosing and resolving issues in cloud or distributed environments.
System administration skills, including managing servers, virtual machines, operating systems, and cloud services.
Networking skills, such as understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, and load balancing.
Network security knowledge, including firewalls, access control, encryption, and best practices for securing cloud infrastructures.
Familiarity with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and monitoring tools.
Ability to write clear technical documentat
