Candidates who have personally raised and successfully closed Equity, Debt, or Trade Finance funding for large organizations will be preferred.
Compensation: ₹10–15 LPA, commensurate with experience and relevant expertise + performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete export finance and trade finance cycle from export order to realization of export proceeds.
Assess working-capital requirements for export orders and plan funding accordingly.
Arrange and manage pre-shipment and post-shipment finance.
Handle export bill financing, discounting, negotiation and collection.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for export finance facilities.
Identify and evaluate suitable trade finance, invoice finance, receivables finance and working-capital funding options.
Develop relationships with banks, NBFCs, fintech's, trade-finance companies and other funding providers.
Prepare and submit funding proposals,
financial information and transaction documentation.
Coordinate with internal accounts, export documentation, sales and operations teams.
Monitor outstanding export receivables, payment terms, due dates and collections.
Review buyer creditworthiness, transaction structure and associated financial risks.
Negotiate financing terms, interest/discount rates, fees, tenure and other commercial conditions.
Prepare regular cash-flow forecasts, funding requirements and finance MIS for management.
Ensure timely submission of financial and trade documents to banks/financial institutions.
Track finance costs and optimize the overall cost of working capital.
Support management in identifying new funding sources and alternative financing opportunities.
Ensure proper reconciliation of export transactions, bank transactions and financing facilities.
