Role Description The Senior Process Quality Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Agra,



responsible for overseeing and improving end-to-end quality processes across manufacturing and operations. This role involves designing, implementing, and monitoring quality management systems, establishing process standards, and conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and international certifications. The Senior Process Quality Manager will analyze production data, identify root causes of defects or deviations, and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive continuous business process improvement. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues, updating documentation and SOPs, and mentoring team members on best practices in quality assurance and quality control.
