ABOUT MCPL
Morari Commercial Private Limited (MCPL)/ Verde is a greenfield Fire-Refined High Conductivity (FRHC) Continuous Cast Rod (CCR) copper manufacturing facility being established at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. With a planned annual capacity of 58,000 metric tons, MCPL will be among the most significant copper rod manufacturers in North India.

The plant produces copper rods and cast bars for wire and cable manufacturers, transformer and busbar producers, and air-conditioning tube manufacturers — built to international benchmarks with precision-grade FRHC technology, advanced furnace systems, a multi-stand hot rolling mill, and a controlled quenching line.

ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a Marketing Executive to own MCPL’s brand presence across digital, print, and physical channels,



and to serve as a professional point of contact for customers and vendors. This is a visible role — the person in this seat will represent MCPL externally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media — Manage MCPL and promoter social channels; 8–10 posts per platform per month against an approved monthly calendar.
Brand Assets — Develop and maintain branded collateral, handouts, templates, and merchandise; custodian of brand guidelines.
Visual Identity & Digital Presence — Own the website and digital assets; ensure uniform identity across factory, office, vehicles, and digital touchpoints.
Exhibitions & Trade Shows — Plan and execute participation with consistent branding; capture and hand over leads.
Employer Branding & Internal Communications — Careers content, recruitment creatives, internal announcements, and employee engagement material.
Customer & Vendor Relations — Maintain the relationship database, run a structured communication calendar, and coordinate
