About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, culture-aware Copywriter to shape how Winston communicates across social media, campaigns, ads, websites, and digital platforms. You’ll turn product features, consumer insights, and brand ideas into sharp, engaging, and conversion-driven communication.

What You’ll Do
Develop copy for social media, campaigns, reels, ads, websites, product pages, blogs, emails, WhatsApp/CRM, and other digital platforms.
Write compelling hooks, headlines, taglines, CTAs, captions, scripts, product copy, and campaign concepts.
Create platform-specific content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta/Google Ads, e-commerce, and CRM.
Write YouTube titles, descriptions, video hooks and scripts designed for attention and retention.
Develop performance-focused ad copy that drives clicks, conversions, and sales; test and refine copy based on performance.
Create LinkedIn communication for brand, founder, corporate, product, and industry storytelling.
Translate product features and technology into simple, relatable,



consumer-first communication.
Create content for product launches, sales, festive campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand moments.
Contribute to campaign ideation and creative concepts, not just execution.
Work closely with Design, Marketing, Social Media, Performance, Product, and Influencer teams.
Adapt copy across platforms while maintaining a consistent Winston tone of voice.
Stay updated with Gen-Z culture, social trends, pop culture, internet language, and emerging content formats.
Review and refine copy based on performance, feedback, and audience behaviour.

What We’re Looking For
At least 3 years of experience in copywriting, advertising, D2C, content, or a creative agency.
Excellent command of English, grammar, storytelling, and brand communication.
Ability to write short, punchy, witty, memorable, and conversion-focused copy.
Solid understanding of consumer insights, social media, performance marke
