Job Title: Sales & Marketing Head – Rainbow Children’s Hospital

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Head to lead the sales and marketing function for our hospital unit. This role will be responsible for driving patient acquisition, strengthening corporate and doctor relations, building community connect programs, and enhancing the hospital’s brand visibility. The candidate will oversee all sales and marketing activities specific to this unit, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Doctor Sales (Relationship Management):
Build and strengthen relationships with doctors
Plan and execute engagement initiatives with consultants, specialists
Ensure seamless coordination with clinical teams for effective doctor servicing.
2. Corporate Sales:
Drive corporate tie-ups with organizations for preventive health check-ups, employee wellness, and hospitalization benefits.




Develop and manage relationships with insurance providers, TPAs, and corporates.
Achieve set revenue targets through corporate business development.
3. Community Connect:
Design and execute community engagement programs (health camps, awareness drives, partnerships with schools, NGOs, etc.).
Strengthen the hospital’s positioning as a trusted healthcare provider in the local community.
Work closely with CSR initiatives to maximize impact.
4. Brand Marketing:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital, offline, and on-ground) to build the hospital’s brand visibility.
Coordinate with the central marketing team (if applicable) to ensure brand consistency.
Oversee promotional activities, media relations, and social media presence for the unit.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Proven track record in healthcare sales & marketing (hospital/healthcare/Pharma background preferred).
Robust network with doctors, corporates, and community stakehol
