Qualification & Experience
- M.Sc. in Biology, Life Sciences, or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Higher Secondary classes (XI–XII), preferably in a CBSE school.
- Candidates with demonstrated experience in preparing students for CBSE Board examinations will be preferred.

Key Skills & Subject Expertise
- Strong command of Biology concepts and the ability to explain complex topics effectively.
- Sound knowledge of the CBSE curriculum, syllabus, and assessment pattern for Classes XI–XII.
- Strong laboratory expertise, including planning and conducting Biology practicals.
- Ability to ensure proper laboratory safety, handling of equipment, specimens, and practical records.
- Proficiency in lesson planning, classroom management, student assessment, and academic documentation.
- Ability to use innovative, activity-based, and technology-enabled teaching methodologies.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate academic support.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective Biology lessons for Classes XI–XII.
- Conduct laboratory practicals and ensure students develop strong practical skills.
- Design and evaluate class tests, assignments, projects, practicals, and other assessments.
- Monitor and document student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students in developing conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, and scientific aptitude.
- Maintain lesson plans, academic records, practical records, and other required documentation.
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, school events, and career development programmes.
