Smart Key is a robust digital platform where prospective property buyers, sellers, managers and agents meet to collaborate for superior outcomes. As part of our domain-transformation initiative, we have tied up with more than 100 realty enterprises including builders, construction firms, land developers and promoters. Our app also features more than 10,000 listings posted by individual sellers aiming to find authentic buyers. We also have an in-house studio responsible for promotional content production and social media deployment. Our team of tele-callers and on-ground Sales Executives drive our front-end operations.
As part of our ambitious expansion plans, we are now looking to recruit proactive and agile REAL ESTATE SALES EXECUTIVES.
The job responsibilities of SALES EXECUTIVES include the following:
Coordinating with the in-house tele-calling team to gather potential leads who can be converted in sales easily and also collect data pertaining to listed properties, geography-wise.
Reaching out to potential customers to inform them about available properties matching their requirements/preferences.
Meeting potential customers in person to take them on site visits and show them around multiple properties suiting their tastes, preferences, budget etc.
Informing the potential customers about the host of benefits attached to buying property through Smart Key.
Educating the potential buyers about our auxiliary services including interior design support, bank loan facilitation, documentation, legal formalities and more.
Coordinating with various real estate firms including reputed building, construction and land developing firms to get their listings on our app.
Assisting the senior management in closing out sales deals.
Coordinate with customers to answer any queries.
