Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Recruiter role based in Mylapore.



The Information Technology Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for technical and IT roles, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating technical assessments. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements, build effective job descriptions, and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job boards, social media, qualified networks, and referrals. The recruiter will schedule and facilitate interviews, provide timely feedback to candidates, and support offer negotiation and onboarding processes. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate recruitment data in applicant tracking systems, tracking key hiring metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
