Role Overview
A high-ownership role working directly with the Founders on strategy, business research, planning, and business process implementation. The role offers direct exposure to the business and its key decisions, with the opportunity to gradually evolve into a broader business role with greater ownership of strategic initiatives and business outcomes.

Role Description
1. Strategy and Business Research
Partner closely with the Founders on strategic initiatives, business reviews, and key projects.
Maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders like KVKs, agri-cooperatives, NGOs, government bodies.
Responsible for creating plans (weekly/ seasonal/ annual)



and working across teams (external and internal) to monitor and deliver the plan
Conduct strategic market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for product enhancement and prepare concise insights and briefing material to support leadership discussions and enable smooth decision-making.
2. Documentation, Business Communication and Presentation
Create clear business documents, presentations, reports and executive summaries, and convert discussions/ideas into structured, actionable documentation.
Maintain organised repositories of key business documents, trackers, presentations and decisions..
3. Business Process Implementation
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through smarter workflows, automation, AI tools and digital productivity platforms.
Building data and metrics dashboards to track business performance
