Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Meta and Google Ads Specialist based in Lucknow. The specialist will plan, set up,



and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads, focusing on lead generation, sales, and brand awareness for a range of clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting audience and keyword research, creating and testing ad creatives and copy with the design and content teams, managing budgets and bids, and implementing full-funnel tracking using pixels, conversions, and analytics tools. The role includes monitoring campaign performance, preparing regular reports, presenting insights to internal stakeholders and clients, and recommending data-driven improvements. The specialist will collaborate closely with account managers, creative teams, and founders to align campaigns with business goals and maintain high ROI across multiple campaigns.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) for performance marketing campaigns.
