Role Description The Head of Operations will oversee end-to-end operations for Yoova Foodstuff Private Limited’s cloud kitchens, cafés, and dessert brand, ensuring efficient, consistent, and high-quality service delivery. This full-time, on-site role based in Nashik includes managing daily production, service workflows, supply chain,



inventory, and vendor relationships to meet performance, quality, and safety standards. The role involves setting and monitoring operational KPIs, optimizing processes, managing budgets and cost controls, and implementing systems that support scalability and profitability. The Head of Operations will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, coordinate with brand, marketing, and finance functions, and ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements. This position also contributes to strategic planning, operational expansion, and continuous improvement aligned with the company’s mission of healthy, modern food culture.
