Role
We are looking for a Manager – Demand Generation to build and own GenY Medium’s own qualified pipeline, driving sales-accepted meetings through account-based marketing (ABM), email marketing, and LinkedIn outbound.
This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role — you will own strategy and execution for target-account identification, messaging, and outbound sequencing, with support from internal execution resources (design, content) as needed.
Success is measured by the volume and quality of sales-accepted meetings generated for the business development team.
Responsibilities




Own the end-to-end demand generation funnel for GenY Medium’s own growth — from account/prospect identification to booked, sales-accepted meetings.
Build and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs: identify target accounts and buying personas, and design multi-touch campaigns across email and LinkedIn.
Plan and run email marketing sequences — list building, segmentation, copywriting, A/B testing, and deliverability management.
Run LinkedIn outbound/social selling motions, including prospecting, personalized outreach, and nurture sequences.
Continuously test and optimize messaging, targeting, and sequencing to improve response and meeting-conversion rates.
Maintain clean, accurate pipeline data and reporting in the CRM; track meetings booked, show rates, and progression to sales-accepted status.
Coordinate with content and design resources to produce outbound assets (email copy, LinkedIn content, one-pagers, case studies).
