Social Media Manager
Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to lead social media activities, manage client relationships, and guide the creative team in developing engaging and trend-focused content.

Location: Surat, Gujarat | Work from Office
Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, features, content formats, and industry developments.
Generate creative ideas for social media posts, reels, campaigns, and brand content.
Manage the social media team, allocate tasks, review work, and ensure timely execution.
Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements, feedback, and expectations.
Attend meetings and discussions with international clients and maintain professional communication.
Coordinate closely with the Graphics team for social media creatives and campaigns.
Provide creative direction, references, concepts, and feedback to designers.




Review and approve creatives to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with client requirements.
Create and manage content calendars for multiple client accounts.
Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management or a similar role.
Solid understanding and genuine interest in social media platforms.
Excellent creative thinking and ability to develop fresh content ideas.
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Experience in team management and task coordination.
Ability to effectively communicate creative ideas with the Graphics team.
Good understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and audience engagement.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience handling international clients will be an advantage.
