Role Description The Quality Assurance Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves designing and executing test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications, ensuring that all features meet functional, performance, security, and usability requirements. The Quality Assurance Engineer will collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify defects, analyze root causes, and verify fixes.



Daily responsibilities include manual and automated testing, maintaining test documentation, participating in sprint ceremonies, and contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools. The role also includes creating clear bug reports, tracking issues to closure, and helping uphold high product quality standards before release.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in software testing concepts, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Experience with test case design, test planning, and maintaining test documentation using standard QA tools and practices.
Hands-on skills with test management and bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar) and familiarity with CI/CD environments.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar) is preferred.
