Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will actively prospect and engage new customers, including retailers, bakeries, and distributors, while managing and expanding relationships with existing accounts. Daily responsibilities include presenting product ranges, explaining technical and quality features,



negotiating pricing and terms, and closing sales in line with company targets. The role involves coordinating with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and post-sales support. The Sales Executive will also track market trends, gather customer feedback, prepare sales reports, and contribute ideas to improve Bakeyy’s product positioning and promotional activities.
Qualifications
Robust sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into long-term customers.
Customer relationship management skills, including listening, problem-solving, and maintaining ongoing account communication.
Basic understanding of baking products, packaging, and food-grade materials, or willingness to quickly learn product details.
Good communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
