JKR Consulting & Services (JKRCS) is looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Architect BIM Engineer to join our growing team.
? Location: Navi Mumbai
? Employment Type: Full-Time
? Experience: 6–10 Years
? Industry: BIM / Architecture / Engineering / Construction
? Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage detailed Architectural BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and documentation.
• Coordinate architectural models with Structural and MEP disciplines.
• Conduct BIM model reviews, clash detection, and coordination using Navisworks.
• Ensure models comply with project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and ISO 19650 practices.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams.
• Review and validate models/drawings for quality and accuracy.
• Support BIM coordination meetings and resolve design/coordination issues.
• Mentor junior BIM engineers/modelers and support project delivery.
• Ensure timely completion of project deliverables as per client requirements.




? Required Skills:
✅ Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture
✅ Good knowledge of AutoCAD
✅ Hands-on experience with Navisworks
✅ Robust understanding of Architectural design & construction practices
✅ Knowledge of BIM workflows, LOD 300–500, and model coordination
✅ Understanding of building codes, standards, and construction drawings
✅ Strong coordination and communication skills
✅ Experience working on large-scale commercial, residential, hospital, airport, high-rise, or data center projects will be an advantage.
? Qualification:
B.Arch / Diploma / relevant Architectural qualification
? Salary: As per market standards and candidate experience.
