E-commerce Marketing Manager | Winston

About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven E-commerce Marketing Manager to manage and grow Winston’s presence across major marketplaces. The role will focus on marketplace advertising, account management, sales growth, and performance optimisation across platforms.

What You’ll Do
Manage and optimise Winston’s marketplace presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, and other relevant platforms.
Plan, execute, and optimise Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, Display, and other marketplace advertising campaigns.
Drive sales, revenue, ROAS, conversions, and overall marketplace performance.
Monitor campaign and marketplace KPIs and identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
Analyse data using Excel and marketplace analytics tools to track performance and prepare reports.
Optimise product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content, pricing, and visibility to improve conversion.
Manage marketplace accounts, inventory coordination, promotions, offers, and campaign calendars.




Coordinate with marketplace account managers/partners to resolve operational, listing, catalogue, and account-related issues.
Work closely with Performance Marketing, Creative, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to align marketplace strategy.
Track competitor activity, pricing, promotions, rankings, and marketplace trends.
Stay updated on algorithm changes, advertising trends, platform policies, and marketplace best practices.
Use data-driven insights to continuously improve sales, ROAS, traffic, conversion, and marketplace profitability.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace advertising and account management.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, or similar marketplaces.
Solid understanding of marketplace advertising, catalogue management, keywords, promotions, and performance metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and marketplace analytics/re
